Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATIONS: Service Pointe, Inc., is not liable for any cost incurred (e.g., airline tickets, hotel accommodations, rental cars, etc.) as a result of a class cancellation or rescheduling. It is recommended that students make airline, hotel or other travel arrangements that are refundable. When enrolling in courses, a confirmation letter will be sent via email, mail or fax with directions to the training center location along with lodging information, if applicable.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS: Students are allowed to reschedule a class as set forth herein one time without charge. Enrolled students must notify Service Pointe of their intent to reschedule a class in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the start date of the originally scheduled class. All cancellation requests must be received at least fourteen (14) business days before the first day of the scheduled class to receive a refund or credit otherwise Customer will be required to pay for the course. Class cancellations paid by credit card are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.  Service Pointe will notify students of rescheduled or cancelled classes at least fourteen (14) or more days before the first day of the scheduled class. In the event Service Pointe cancels a class, any payment received will be refunded or the amount paid may be applied to enrollment in other classes.

PAYMENT: Payment must be received by the first day of the scheduled class, unless acceptable credit terms have been approved by Service Pointe. If payment is not received or credit is not approved by first day of the scheduled class, the student will not be allowed to attend the class AND full tuition fee will still be charged. For International registrations, payment must be received ten (10) business days prior to the start of the scheduled class.

CREDIT POLICY: Customer may apply for credit terms by submitting an application and any other requested financial information to Service Pointe. Service Pointe reserves the right to change the amount of open credit granted to a Customer at its discretion without prior notice. Personal guarantees, UCC-1s and other forms of security will be considered in determining a customer's approved credit limit. Credit approval for new customer may take up to five business days. Customers with past due amounts may be placed on "Credit Hold" status, until the account is brought current. Past due balances are subject to 18 % interest per annum or the maximum allowed by statute, whichever is less. The Customer is expressly liable for all applicable costs of collections, including attorney fees.

PURCHASE ORDERS: All purchase orders, changes and cancellations must be made in writing and accepted by Service Pointe. Any change to this Agreement, or change to any pricing shall be enforceable only if such changes are accepted in writing by Service Pointe and signed by an authorized representative.

RETURNED CHECKS: A thirty-five dollar ($35.00) fee will be assessed for any checks returned for insufficient funds. Returned checks must be replaced by wire transfer check immediately upon notice to the Customer by Service Pointe.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Service Pointe registrars may be contacted by email at info@sp.net. All required written notices are to be emailed. The students' name, class number, date of the class and the class location must be included on all correspondence. APPLICABLE BY LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by law of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions which cannot be resolved by the parties shall, upon written notice by either party, be resolved by binding arbitration by a single arbitrator to be held in Orlando, Florida. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding to all parties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Service Pointe makes no warranties in connection with any media or other items or products provided in connection with education services. To the extent that any warranty for such items or products could be otherwise implied, Service Pointe hereby disclaims and customer hereby waives all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness and suitability for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. Service Pointe is not responsible for consequential, incidental special or punitive damages.

CHANGE NOTICE: Service Pointe prices, products, services and policies are subject to change without notice.
